Question on Zacchaeus and Jesus – Did Jesus know his name through His divinity or His humanity?

So in the story of Jesus and Zacchaeus from Luke 19, do you think it was Jesus' divinity (knows all of us by name) or humanity (had heard of Zacchaeus previously through rumor or what not) that allowed Him to call on Zacchaeus when He saw him in the tree?

Any one familiar with Hebrew want to help me out? The "knew" in Jeremiah 1:5 is sometimes translated as "chose."
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart;
I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.
I get the impression that my questioner thinks we're all walking around living life in heaven before we're born as infants on this earth and I suspect this verse, and in particular this word, might be the culprit. What does that original word

I'm responding to a question dealing with the Abrahamic Covenant. I like to link GQ articles to my response, but the following article didn't seem quite right. After the first 3 paragraphs, the article is excellent. But, might the first 3 paragraphs need a rewrite? The first 3 paragraphs of the article repeatedly state that the Abrahamic Covenant was unconditional; requiring nothing of Abraham or his descendants. However, Abraham was required

Hi everyone. I was wondering if someone could help me with this question by pointing me in the right direction:
Does Acts 17:30 “Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent” perhaps hint at the possibility that people before God made himself known were at least saved because they knew know different? And were left in their own ignorance?
