Mark your calendars – 15th Anniversary Celebration coming Summer 2017
As you saw from Shea’s email earlier this month, 2017 will mark GotQuestions.org’s 15-year anniversary! Many of you have already expressed interest in gathering in Colorado Springs for a celebration next June (which we hope can be a combination of fellowship with other GQ writers, some training, and family vacation for you). If you are interested in attending and have not already let us know, please email Questions@GotQuestions.org. We’ll keep you updated on the details.

We have a request for you that is 100% optional. We recently had the thought that Blogos.org, our blog-format site, would be a great place to feature tips on how to answer the spiritual questions that we all get asked by friends and family.

At the suggestion of one of our writers (thank you, Chris Dupre!), we’re compiling a list of recommended resources for our volunteers. Please tell us what websites, books, tools, etc. you use to help with your answers or in your own Christian walk. It would be great if you could include a little blurb about what the site or tool offers and whether it is free to use. Please email your suggestions to Gwen@GotQuestions.org by May 20th.

Several of you expressed a desire to contribute to the monthly newsletter when we asked you in our recent survey. Thank you! Please send in stories of how your service with Got Questions Ministries relates to your life, such as those "God-incidences" when a question you received is just what you needed to answer or how your neighbor wanted a resource to answer her grandchild's question and you could offer GQKidz.org or how having other volunteers pray for you encouraged you or whatever it may be, to Gwen@GotQuestions.org. Connecting Volunteers
If Facebook is something you enjoy, the Facebook Got Questions Writers' group page is a great way to interact with one another. We've really enjoyed watching community build there, and hope that those of you who use Facebook have enjoyed it as well. For those of you who do not use Facebook and are interested in seeing the interactions, we are now putting much of the Facebook discussion onto the Team Blog.
