New Site – NotQuestions.com

May 4th, 2020
We're launching a new site – NotQuestions.com! This site is a parody of GotQuestions.org intended to provide some comic relief. More than just a laugh, we're praying the site will bring users to GotQuestions.org who might not have come otherwise. And, of course, from there, we're hoping they'll hear and respond to God's truth. The idea is based on the humorous nature of autocorrect. Jeff and Beth have given tongue-in-cheek "serious" responses to some of the mis-typed and/or autocorrected questions we receive. For example, when a questioner . . .

CONTENT INDEX: In our efforts to improve search engine results as well as to encourage users to stick around GotQuestions.org and find helpful articles, we implemented a new site organization strategy. Sample Q&A from April 2020

** This response is biblically sound, thorough, and personable. It has good logical flow and explains concepts clearly. The response is genuinely friendly in tone, inviting the questioner in and demonstrating a desire to help her understand God's Word. ** Question: . . .

Testimonials from April 2020

May 4th, 2020
From a questioner:  I am writing to thank you for the time, thought, effort and skill you put into responding to my questions. I appreciate that you made it a point to answer my specific questions as well as to lay out the information in a logical, sequential fashion. I have read through your response while looking up the scriptures you referenced, and will do so another time or two so that I make sure I grasp what you were conveying, and am able to set it fit together (like the Berean church I suppose). God keep you and yours safe, Laura From . . .

Praises & Prayer Requests for May 2020

May 4th, 2020
Thank you for praying! Here are some specific requests for this month: 1. Praise God for His sovereignty and His love. The COVID-19 situation has affected all of us differently. Praise God that He sees it all and that He is faithful in whatever may come. Please pray for health, financial stability, peace, and joy for all who are involved with Got Questions. Pray that we will look to God and receive any comfort, encouragement, or courage needed. Pray that we will be filled with His love and joy and, in turn, pour those out to others. Pray that . . .

Scripture for May 2020

May 4th, 2020
"Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O earth;     break forth, O mountains, into singing! For the Lord has comforted his people     and will have compassion on his afflicted. But Zion said, 'The Lord has forsaken me;     my Lord has forgotten me.' Can a woman forget her nursing child,     that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget,     yet I will not forget you. Behold, I have . . .
