Praises & Prayer Requests for May 2020

May 4th, 2020

Thank you for praying! Here are some specific requests for this month:

1. Praise God for His sovereignty and His love. The COVID-19 situation has affected all of us differently. Praise God that He sees it all and that He is faithful in whatever may come. Please pray for health, financial stability, peace, and joy for all who are involved with Got Questions. Pray that we will look to God and receive any comfort, encouragement, or courage needed. Pray that we will be filled with His love and joy and, in turn, pour those out to others. Pray that we will be generous and shine brightly for His glory. Pray for many to turn to Christ.

2. Praise God for His continued provision for Got Questions Ministries in all ways. Pray that He will continue to provide and especially that we will be wise and faithful stewards of all the resources with which He entrusts us. As always, please also pray for protection of the hardware and software systems that are integral to our sites as well as for favorable search engine results, beneficial partnerships, and the like.

3. Praise God that we are seeing some improvement with SEO results. Please pray for continued wisdom in changes that need to be made and for the changes we have made to have a meaningful and lasting effect. Too, pray for wisdom for writers and editors in how to best convey the truth of God’s Word. Mostly, pray for those in search of truth to find biblical resources and to come to know God more (whether through our sites, the Q&A system, or other resources).

4. Praise God that BibleRef.com and CompellingTruth.org are continuing to see increases in traffic. Pray for wisdom as we continue to grow the content on those sites. Please especially pray for wisdom in some design update work for BibleRef.com.

5. Praise God for the fun of launching a new site. Please pray that NotQuestions.com will have the intended effect. Pray against it being taken poorly or in any way damaging our witness. Pray that those who read the site will fully enjoy laughter and that if they need to hear truth about a biblical topic, they’ll follow the links to the relevant articles and be blessed.

Please let us know if there is a specific way in which we can be praying for you.
