We so appreciate your prayers! Here are some specific requests for this month: 1. Pray for people to be curious about Jesus and to find Him this Christmas season. Pray for God's continued provision and for wisdom to be good stewards. We are exceedingly thankful for His great provision and want to honor Him well. 4. Pray for God's protection over the . . .

Sample Q&As from November

Question: Why do you criticize other religions? Aren't you as Christians supposed to encourage faith, not break it down; also to do good to all men ? I would suggest you to ponder on that matter. Answered by: Chris Plumberg, who has been a volunteer with us since October 2009. Answer: Thanks for your question. I actually find your question rather confusing. First, I`m not sure what you mean when you say `criticize other religions.` For example, if by this you mean `calling the adherents of other religions names` or `pretending believers in . . .

Ten Year Anniversary Stories

December 2nd, 2015
We had several volunteers celebrate their 10th anniversary of serving with us in 2015. We thought it would be fun to share some of their GQ stories in their own words … Scott Owen: I first met Shea in a restaurant in central Iowa several years ago after his ministry was recommended to me by an author in my church. I was intrigued with the opportunity to use my interest in writing with my desire to help people. The format fit well with my short attention span and fluctuating schedule. I have been using the Bible to answer questions about life . . .

Discussion on Predestination and the unsaved

November 16th, 2015
Julie Kimani November 16, 2015 I have a question that I am trying to sort out in my head, unsuccessfully. My pastor was talking about predestination, God's sovereignty, and free will yesterday. John 6:44, "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the last day." These are those people who are predestined for heaven (Romans 8:30), correct? If that's the case, it seems to me that this insinuates that there will be those that are NOT drawn. Meaning they are predestined not . . .

Some encouragement today from Asia: "I have no question actually because all the questions have been answered. I just want to thank Jesus for the entire team of got questions. You provide us adverts [advice] from all across the bible. Jesus bless all the team with his abundant blessing. I had no another way to say thanks to you except writing in 'ask a question'. thank u thank ye. GOD BLESS YOU smile emoticon"   A "question" we received: I actually do not have a question. But, I want to thank you for your page. There are so . . .

Encouragement from the GQ team when God seems silent

November 13th, 2015
Kris Cadogan 20 hrs · Edited It seems that I have not been appointed to stay here with GQ ministries and that is okay, since it is God’s prerogative. I have had a wonderful 11 months here with all of you and I wish you continued success in your ministry. As for me, I truly believe God has abandoned me. It is not a sudden feeling, it gradually came on over the past 3 years. I know many of you will say “that he never leaves his people” which I guess is true but it means that I probably was never one . . .
