Discussion on Spiritual Gifts

Hmmmmm..... I just got a question on spiritual gifts. Before I jump into it, I have to mention that probably my understanding of spiritual gifts and the falacy of they way it is taught now may not align with the ministry's position. I will answer it to the best of my understanding if you wish.

Had a question for you all. I was assigned a question about whether it is wrong to kiss your child on the lips. Any opinions?

Stuart Mattfield Not inherently...no...IMHO. Age, comfort level, etc. all will play a factor.

I had a meeting at work this morning with a gentleman who helps veterans who are hard to employ (felons, homeless, etc) get jobs. In the midst of our conversation he was talking about how he likes to interject his faith into his work and in conversations with clients to share the gospel. Then he said that sometimes people ask him questions he doesn't know how to answer. When that happens he said he goes to GotQuestions.org for help answering questions because they always have easy to understand

And here is had, for me, a perplexity (which moves in one of my questions):
If it is that sin in its concentrated definition "is the transgression of the law" (I John 3:4), how then can Paul so say "sin is not imputed when there is no law" (Romans 5:13)? For surely the law imputes, and doubtlessly sin is transgression of the law, but if this is so then how can there be one without the other as the apostle implies--sin before Moses (e.g., Genesis 4:7), but no law before him.
