Update on prayer request from a writer

February 2nd, 2015

Hi everyone – Here’s an update on Larry. We’re praising God and continuing to keep Maile in our prayers … I want to thank you and everyone for their prayers, Maile has woke up, about three days ago, at first she was very confused, this comes with the state she was in, as of today she is back to normal, she has so many doctors working with her, I call them team Greco, they are all doing the best they can for her, she should be coming home next week, and then the very long haul starts, it takes a year minimum to get on the list for a new liver transplant if the rest of her health stays good, and the transplant is her only chance to have many years left, she needs the new liver, so i’m directing prayers to her making it through the next year, and the rest of her health to stay good, and to pray to our Lord that it is not her time, and that God will lead the way to her new liver and a new life for her. Amen!

Hi all –

I just received the below prayer request from one of our writers – Larry – who is not part of the Facebook page. Thank you for praying!

I’m writing to ask for your personal prayers, the office teams and I am hoping you can ask for the prayers of our other writers and members by putting a prayer request in our next newsletter. My Dear Wife is in the hospital with advanced liver cirrhosis, the doctors tell me her chance of surviving the next three months are good, about 90% according to a lab report chart, what happens to her liver between now and then is what the concern is, the doctor says it will not get better, i’m asking for prayers for my wife, her name is Terri(Maile) Greco, I’m praying that she makes it through the next three months without slipping into a coma, she is incoherent right now and were praying she comes out of that soon, i’m asking God (Jesus) for that first three months and for her to come out of this state that shes in, and to pray that her liver does not get worse, there is so much i want to say to her, even after 34 years, I’m praying that it just isn’t her time yet, it’s a long wait for a transplant, minimum is a full year just to get on the list if the rest of her health is good, I know you will pray for her, Please see what you can do on a larger scale, I want her to stay with me, I just pray that she has some years left, but first, we need that first three months, this is what i’m asking God (Jesus) for, from there I Trust In Him,
