Praises & Prayer Requests for September 2022

September 1st, 2022

Thank you for praying! Here are some specific requests for this month:

1. Praise God for His provision for the work of ministry, particularly for providing for Nelson to come on staff fulltime. Pray for God to continue to provide the people, finances, software, and hardware needed for the work. Pray that we will be faithful stewards of all He has entrusted to us.

2. Praise God for a team of dedicated volunteers, prayer partners, donors, translators, videographers, other contractors, and staff. With a team as large and diverse as ours, life circumstances vary broadly. Pray especially for things like spiritual growth, peace and joy in the Lord, wisdom, and ever-deepening love of God alongside ever-deepening knowledge of Him. Pray for God to continue His work of transformation in our hearts for His glory, and to delight our hearts in Him. Pray for relationships, gospel unity, and right priorities. Pray, too, for the practical things of life like health and finances.

3. Praise God for new ministry avenues like increasing video resources and the Bible studies. Praise God for the continued ministry avenues of the various sites, current videos, and podcasts, including the increasing availability of many of those resources in different languages. Pray for the ministry resources to be effective and for God to be glorified. Pray for wisdom for decision makers in future direction. Pray for the right people to be in the right positions. Pray for joy and wisdom in the work. Pray especially for God to bring forth the harvest.

4. Praise God for people using the Got Questions Ministries resources. Pray that people would seek the Lord and find Him. Pray for soft hearts and open ears. Pray for clear communication of God’s Word. Pray for many more to come to know Christ. Pray for those who already know Christ to fall more in love with Him and to grow in discipleship.

Please let us know if there is a specific way in which we can be praying for you.
