Testimonials from May 2017

June 2nd, 2017

From a questioner: “Once again, thank you very much for your answer, Your work for the LORD will not be in vain…Your answer will contribtue in my studies… We’ll be praying for you and your ministry… Declaring more of Jesus Christ in you… Again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Untill my next question to you my beloved fellow Christian!”

From a site user: “This is not a question, but I wanted to credit you for helping me in answering someone on another forum, as follows: (excerpt)”… Some would argue that, as Jesus says in John 3.5 “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.”, ….When researching to answer you I found this useful link – https://www.gotquestions.org/born-of-water.html and I would concur with the writer of this who says “…one thing is certain: “born of water” is not a reference to water baptism. Baptism is nowhere mentioned in the context, nor did Jesus ever imply that we must do anything to inherit eternal life but trust in Him in faith (John :16). Water baptism is an outward sign that we have given our lives to Jesus, but not a requirement for salvation (Luke 23:40–43).”…[some still argue that the physical sign is necessary, but] why should I need to perform the outward sign? Since those with spiritual sight (which is the only people Jesus himself was addressing not the crowd who rejected him in the end) will discern whether or not I am a child of God in other ways (i.e. by the fruits of the Spirit).” Thank you for helping me to put forward this defense against those who insist on unnecessary rituals.”

From a site user: “The reception of your excellent newsletter every Friday moring provided much needed insight, inspiration, and guidance that followed me throughout the week, being a gift from God. …”
