Hey folks I got a tough question asking about how God allows child molestation. Any suggestions?

Julie Kimani The first thing that pops into my head is about this being a fallen world. Natural disasters, poverty, child molestation, all things that are horrible being a part of the consequence of the Fall.

Corpuz Valdemor Avellaneda Ramil You need to go back to the fall of man. God permitted the fall of man and since then, man acted independently of the will of God. God allowing any kinds of sin to take place is under the so called permissive will. He allows sin to take place for His glory and honor but most of the time, we don’t know how. The only thing we know for sure is that He allows sin so that we may know that He is loving, merciful and forgiving that He forgives the sinner regardless of the gravity of sin when they are drawn by the Father to His Son and repent from their sins. But He also allows sin to show us that He is also holy and just and He will punish the sinner who continues to live in sin and rebellion against Him. That’s not an easy question to answer.

Hope McCullough Yikes. I’ve been asked that and similar questions before. The best answer is because we are living in a fallen world due to sin.

Adam Davis Answering anything like that is tough. We can often address the intellectual side of the problem of evil, but the emotional component needs personal connection. Answering such questions often depends on the questioner and where they are coming from. Its easy to start with man’s abuse of freedom, but i have found that a lot of ground work must be laid to get at the heart of sin from this angle.

How can a good God allow child abuse? How does God support and love victims of child of abuse?
