SCRIPTURE FOR THE
MONTH
"And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds
and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the
body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the
knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature
of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and
fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning,
by craftiness in deceitful schemes. Rather, speaking the truth in

"Unless the Lord builds the house,
those who build it labor in vain.
Unless the Lord watches over the city,
the watchman stays awake in vain" (Psalm 127:1, ESV).
"Commit your work to the Lord,
and your plans will be established" (Proverbs
16:3, ESV).
"So, whether you eat or drink,
or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31,
ESV).
"But the wisdom from above is first pure,

Praise befits the upright.
Give thanks to the Lord with
the lyre;
make melody to him with the harp of ten
strings!

For the word of the Lord is upright,
and all his work is done in faithfulness.
He loves righteousness and justice;
the earth is full of the
