Thank you for praying! Here are some specific requests for this month:
1. Praise God for His faithfulness to Got Questions Ministries and the fruit He bears through it. We are working on refreshing our mission/vision/values and seeking God for clarity on His specific calling for this work in this season. Please pray for wisdom and joy in seeking God and aligning the ministry to His plans.
2. Praise God for people using the various resources of Got Questions Ministries. Please pray that we will be wise and faithful stewards of those resources so that they can help people know and love God. Please pray for people with spiritual questions to look to God’s Word for truth. Please pray for us to know how to convey it accurately, and for the Spirit to work in the hearts and minds of site users for them to hear it. Please pray for God to use Got Questions Ministries as part of His work of transforming lives.
3. Praise God for the Got Questions Ministries team of volunteers, contractors, staff, board members, donors, and prayer partners. Praise God for inviting His people to participate in His kingdom work. Please pray for the spiritual health of all involved in the ministry. Pray for them to “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling” (Philippians 2:12), trusting that “it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure” (Philippians 2:13). Pray for them to be grounded in God’s truth and assured of His love. Pray for their daily lives—their relationships, their work, their churches, their communities, their health, their finances, etc. Pray for peace, wisdom, refining, humility, courage, and joy.
4. Praise God for educational opportunities. The majority of the Got Questions Ministries staff, along with some board members, volunteers, family members, and friends, will be going to Israel October 7th through 18th. Please pray for all who will be traveling to prepare well this month, both spiritually and logistically. Please pray for protection over the trip and over the sites while we are away (we’ll send more details on logistics in October), including health, relationships, and travel logistics.
