Praises & Prayer Requests for June 2021

June 3rd, 2021

The work and the glory belong to the Lord, so thank you for bringing Got Questions to Him in prayer. Here are some specific requests for this month:

1. Praise God for His faithfulness and for the fruit He bears through this ministry. Pray that people will continue to come to the sites with hearts seeking God. Pray for God’s truth to be clearly conveyed and to be effective in their lives. Pray for God to give volunteers, contractors, and staff wisdom in writing, editing, translating, and interacting with site users. Pray for continued favor with search engines.

2. Praise God for the fun we’ve been having with the new podcast. Pray for God to use that for His glory. Pray for God’s guidance in future conversations and guests on the show.

3. Praise God for including all of us in His work and placing us in community together. Pray for others on the Got Questions Team—volunteers, contractors, staff, prayer partners, donors. Life circumstances vary broadly. Pray for God to give peace, joy, wisdom, courage, and humility. Pray for the families and churches connected with those associated with Got Questions. Pray for God’s good work in our lives and for us to have eyes to see it and hearts to respond.

4. Praise God for His continued provision for the ministry in all ways. Pray that He will continue to provide the people, finances, hardware, software, etc. that is needed to continue the work. Pray for His provision in the lives of the Got Questions Team, too.

5. The staff will be meeting in mid-June. Please pray for safe travel and good connection. Pray especially for our discussions about the ministry. Pray for us to have wisdom and discernment in ministry direction. Pray for us to have right focus and be faithful stewards. Please also pray for the Got Questions Board in their decision making and oversight of the ministry. Pray for them to have wisdom, discernment, courage, and joy in carrying out the responsibilities with which God has entrusted them.

If there is a specific way we can be praying for you, please let us know.
