Praises & Prayer Requests for October 2020

October 5th, 2020

Thank you for praying! Here are some specific requests for this month:

1. Praise God for the work He does through this ministry and His continued provision for it. People are hearing and responding to His truth. Pray that all of us would communicate the truth about God well, that we would tangibly demonstrate His truth and love, and that we would delight in relying on Him in the process. Pray for site users and questioners to find what they are looking for and to respond to God in the ways He calls them to.

2. Praise God for such a devoted team of people who love Him and want to serve Him. Life circumstances run the gamut, so pray for those who are part of Got Questions Ministries as volunteers, contractors, translators, videographers, donors, prayer partners, family members, friends, and church families. Pray for God to give wisdom and discernment, peace, courage, joy, and comfort. Pray for relationships, health, and financial provision. Ask God to work in our hearts and lives and use us in the lives of others for His glory.

3. Praise God for working technology. Pray that hardware and software will continue to work, that any bugs or interruptions would be resolved, and that we would have wisdom in how to best steward the tools we have.

4. Praise God for His continued abundant provision for the work of ministry. Pray for discernment in where to invest the resources He’s given. Pray that the work would be fruitful. Pray also for clear guidance on future direction.

5. The Got Questions Ministries Board will be meeting in November, please be praying for wisdom for them in their discussions, unity in direction, and their time of fellowship. Praise God for the people to whom He has entrusted this leadership, and pray that they will carry it out well.

If there is anything specific we can be praying about for you, please let us know.
