Praises & Prayer Requests for September 2020

September 1st, 2020

Thank you for praying! Here are some specific requests for this month:

1. Praise God for His faithfulness and consistency. Though life is filled with ups and downs, He never changes and is always with us. A team the size of ours has a broad range of life circumstances. Please be praying for things like comfort in grief, wisdom in relationships, favor with jobs, health, salvation for unsaved family members or friends, and abiding peace in Christ. Pray for the families of our team members as well as their churches. Pray for wisdom, courage, and unity. Pray for all of us to be lights for Christ not only through ministry at Got Questions, but in our daily lives and contexts.

2. Praise God that victory belongs to Him and that He is faithful to equip us and walk alongside us. Pray against spiritual attack on the ministry and those associated with it. Pray for us to be vigilant and to press into God. Pray for God to protect our time with Him and our minds and hearts. Pray for us to mature in faith and to obediently follow Him in all that we do.

3. Praise God that His Word does not return to Him void. Pray that we will be good students and faithful stewards of His Word. Pray for answers to be clear and truthful, to be understood by readers, and to be effective. Pray for those who need the resources we offer to find them easily. Pray for questioners and site readers to come with hearts open to God. Pray for God to accomplish His good work through Got Questions Ministries.

4. Praise God for His continued provision for the work of ministry in all ways. Pray that He will continue to provide co-laborers, financial resources, and especially wisdom and discernment. Pray for favor with search engines. Pray for our hardware and software to keep doing what it is supposed to.

5. The Got Questions staff will be spending some time at the end of September doing team building and discussing ministry goals and site logistics. Please pray for safe travel, good relational connection, and wisdom in future direction.

If we can be praying for you in a specific way, please let us know.
